Sneijder keen on Premier League

Wesley Sneijder has said he would be keen on joining a Premier League team.

The Inter Milan midfielder is in dispute with his club over a new contract, and was frozen out for a while.

But the Dutchman, linked with Tottenham and Manchester United among others, could move, according to agent Soren Lerby, who told the BBC: "England probably has the top league in Europe, so it could appeal, but Wes would want to play for a top team.

"Wesley is one of the best midfielders in Europe. He is fully recovered from injury and just loves to play football, so we need to find a solution to his situation with Inter."
