Neymar excited about European adventure

Neymar has spoken of his excitement at signing for Barcelona as he prepares to be unveiled at the Camp Nou.

The forward is expected to be unveiled by Barcelona today after signing from Santos.

“I'm very happy. This is a very special time for me,” Neymar told Marca.

“I'll try to adapt to my new team as soon as possible so I can play at my top level from the start. It's an honour to be able to play with Messi.

“Ronaldo, Kaka, Marcelo...lots of people said I should sign for Real Madrid, but in the end I took a decision which I discussed a lot with my family and I'm very happy with the path I've chosen to play in Europe.”
