Cesar wants to continue playing at top level
Julio Cesar has said he wants to continue playing at the very top level as he ponders his next move.
The Brazilian goalkeeper is free to leave relegated Queens Park Rangers and has been linked with Arsenal.
"After I ended my experience with Inter, many things have changed for me. But now, it is still important that I keep playing at the top level because I have dream of playing in the World Cup", Cesar told Sky Italia.
