Martinez looking forward to learning from Guardiola

Javi Martinez has said that he is looking forward to learning from his new manager at Bayern Munich, Pep Guardiola.

Guardiola was unveiled as Bayern coach this week and Martinez is keen to work under him.

I think Pep is very similar to Bielsa, he told Movistar. I love challenges. This last season is almost unbeatable, but everything can be improved upon.

Im sure Pep will work hard and use every hour of the day to improve on what we did last season.

I really want to learn from Pep. My [Spanish] teammates tell me that it is hard and we will train a lot, but we will work with a smile on our faces."
