City have strongest attack - Pellegrini

Manuel Pellegrini has said that Manchester City have the strongest strike force in the Premier League.

City's options have been bolstered by signing Steven Jovetic and Alvaro Negredo as back up to Sergio Aguero - whilst they still have Edin Dzeko too.

"I think so, yes, very strong. That's correct," he said in response to questions about whether his strike force was the strongest in the league.

"I think we have very good strikers with Dzeko as well. They can play together or we can play one of them with Jovetic or AgŁero. We have four very good strikers and that's very necessary if we want to play in the Premier League and Champions League as a competitive team."
