Juventus confirm interest in Napoli star

Juventus director general Beppe Marotta has confirmed the club's interest in signing Napoli ace Juan Camilo Zuniga.

The 27-year-old has just 12 months left on his current contract with Napoli and has admitted that he would be interested in a move to Juventus.

But Marotta has admitted he does not want to ruin their relationship with Napoli in order to sign Zuniga.

"He's a player that arouses much interest," Marotta told Gazzetta dello Sport.

"But it is a situation that concerns Napoli, who have every right to propose a contract renewal.

"We're talking about an important player in [Rafael] Benitez's squad, so I'm afraid it will be difficult to take him away.

"We, given the good relations between the two clubs, do not intend to interfere."
