Chelsea and Man City plan January moves for PSG midfielder
Chelsea and Manchester City are both considering making January moves for French midfielder Blaise Matuidi from Paris Saint-Germain.
Matuidi's current contract with PSG is set to expire at the end of the season.
Reports suggest that both Chelsea and City are preparing pre-contract offers for the French international for January.
Matuidi could enter into a pre-contract agreement with interested clubs in January.
Reports suggest that PSG have offered Matuidi a new contract that could keep him in Paris until June 2018.
Matuidi insists that he has not agreed on a contract extension with PSG.
Matuidi told L'Equipe 21: "I am really at ease at PSG.
"My first wish would be to stay. But you can wish for something and sometimes it doesn't happen.
"The club has a special place in my heart, but anything can happen in a career."
