Borussia Dortmund keen for Arsenal and Man Utd target to sign new deal

Borussia Dortmund general manager Michael Cork has confirmed the club are keen for Ilkay Gundogan to sign a new contract.

Gundogan is currently out with a back injury and Borussia Dortmund are keen to resume negotiations over a new deal when the Germany international has recovered from his problem.

Gundogan has been strongly linked with the likes of Real Madrid, Arsenal and Manchester United in recent months.

"Of course, we are very interested in signing a new contract with Ilkay Gundogan," Zorc told kicker-Sportmagazin.

"Due to the injury that Ilkay Gundogan is out with at the moment, talks regarding a new deal have stalled, but we are keen to soon resume negotiations on a new contract."
