Former Thailand Prime Minister makes £108m bid for Man City
Former Thailand Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra has made a £108million takeover bid for Manchester City, says The Sun.
As a part of his offer Shinawatra is prepared to make available a £50million to spend on new players.
