Kroenke on the brink of Arsenal takeover

American businessman Stan Kroenke bought ten more shares in Arsenal on Monday.

Kroenke has control of 18,604 ordinary shares in the company, that represents a 29.9 per cent holding.

The Denver-based businessman has to make a takeover bid if he cross the 30 per cent mark.
