Spurs boss shocked by 2018 World Cup decision

Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has admitted he is baffled by Fifa's decision to chose Russia as hosts of the 2018 World Cup.

England only managed to get two of the 22 votes on offer in Zurich on Thursday.

Redknapp said: "These people go and look at what the country's have got to offer and they should make the decision on that.

"If they [Fifa] made a footballing decision there was only one winner for me and that was England. It was beyond belief. Why?"
