Swansea close in on Genoa star

Swansea are reportedly closing in on the signing of centre-back Chico from Italian side Genoa.

The Mirror reports that Swansea are close to agreeing a £3million fee for the highly-rated defender.

New Swansea boss Michael Laudrup has already signed him once before, when he took him on a season-long loan at Real Mallorca.

Swansea are also keeping tabs on Brondby and Denmark midfielder Michael Krohn-Dehli.
