Everton have confirmed they have agreed a fee with Manchester City for midfielder Jack Rodwell.

The 21-year-old is set to undergo a medical with the Premier League giants on Sunday.

The England international has just returned to action from a hamstring injury.

Rodwell has two years left on his current contract at Everton and has also been strongly linked with a move to Manchester United.
