PSG stumble on opening weekend of French season

Paris St Germain could only draw 2-2 with Lorient on the opening day of the French season.

They were reliant on a late penalty from Zlatan Ibrahimovic to avoid losing at home to Lorient on the opening day for the second successive season.

Elsewhere, champions Montpellier drew 1-1 at home to Toulouse, Lille beat St Etienne 2-1 and Lyon won 1-0 at Rennes.
