Malaga cruise to first leg win

Malaga won the first leg of their Champions League qualifier with Panathinaikos 2-0.

The Andalucians could be joined in the Champions League group stage by Udinese, who drew 1-1 with Braga in Portugal.

Hapoel Kiryat Shmona were beaten 2-0 by BATE, while Maribor lost 2-1 at Dinamo Zagreb and Limassol beat Anderlecht by the same score at home.
