Arsenal plan £15m bid for Man Utd and Chelsea target

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is reportedly keen on signing Newcastle midfielder Cheick Tiote before the transfer window closes.

The Sunday Mirror reports that Arsenal are ready to make a £15million bid for Tiote.

The Gunners faces a huge battle as Newcastle are not keen on selling the Ivory Coast international.

The likes of Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United have previously been quoted over £20million for the midfielder.

Tiote is currently earning £40,000-a-week at Newcastle.
