Man City and Chelsea target signs new Napoli deal

Napoli striker Edinson Cavani has signed a new long-term contract with the Italian side.

Cavani has recently been linked with the likes of Juventus, Manchester City and Chelsea.

The Uruguay star has now signed a new deal that will keep him at Napoli until the summer of 2017.

A €63million release clause has been inserted into Cavani's new deal with Napoli.
