Wilshere "shattered" after comeback

Jack Wilshere said he was "shattered" after completing just over an hour of Arsenal's under 21 match with West Brom.

The England midfielder made his return after 14 months out through injury in the game.

He is unlikely to be in contention for the Arsenal first team until after the international break.
