Juventus are favourites for the Serie A title ahead of Napoli, their goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon has said.

The two teams are level on points and meet in the next round of Serie A fixtures, but Napoli unlike Juve are not in the Champions League this season.

"Juventus are strong. It is true that Napoli do not play in the Champions League, but we are still the favourites [to win the title]," said Buffon.

"This game will not be decisive. It is still early days in Serie A."
