Rodgers insists the Uruguayan is happy at the club despite their struggles but is keen to add to his team.

"That's the objective – to keep the best players. I have had recent conversations with Luis and he has never been happier. He loves the club, he loves the football and everything about the training. He seems to be in a good place. It's up to us as a club to add players that can help support him and move us on."
