Aguirre and Marcelino in contention for Espanyol post

Javier Aguirre and Marcelino are the two favourites for the vacant post at Espanyol.

The Catalans are bottom of La Liga and parted company with Mauricio Pochettino at the weekend.

Former Atletico Madrid coach Aguirre and the ex Sevilla boss Marcelino are now reportedly the two being spoken to by club officials.
