Rivaldo believes that Neymar has to move to Europe before he can become the best player in the world.

The former Barcelona man is of the view that the Santos starlet has what it takes to usurp Leo Messi as the world's best player.

"He is a great player", Rivaldo said. "But he must leave Brazil to get more experience. It is clear that he must move to Europe to be number one in the world."
