Arsenal to make final bid to sign Villa

Arsenal are keen to bring David Villa to the Premier League still and will make a final bid to sign the Barcelona forward.

Villa is reportedly keen on the move but Barcelona are refusing to listen to offers for the player.

The Daily Mail report that Arsenal will make a final move for the player before the end of the transfer window.
