Norwich v Chelsea

Key Battle: Norwich have been in great form and Steve Morison is causing opponents all kinds of problems; John Terry will have a handful, as will Gary Cahill on his debut

Player to Watch: Daniel Sturridge has been Chelsea’s most potent attacker this season and he will hope to breach the Norwich backline.

Talking Point: Chelsea have been inconsistent whilst Norwich have over performed – can they spring a shock?

Prediction: 1-1

Everton v Blackburn

Key Battle: Blackburn have climbed out of the relegation zone and will hope that Junior Hoilett can cause Leighton Baines a headache on Saturday.

Player to Watch: Yakubu returns to his former team, and has been in lethal form – can that continue?

Talking Point: Everton have disappointed this campaign and have struggled against the teams lower down in the table.

Fulham v Newcastle

Key Battle: Fulham have a good defence but have been wasteful going forward. Bryan Ruiz will have a tough job up against Fabricio Collocini

Player to Watch: Bobby Zamora has looked disinterested apart from against Arsenal – will he decide to show up this weekend?

Talking Point: Newcastle are without Cheikh Tiote and Demba Ba – how will they cope with their absence?

Prediction: 2-0

QPR v Wigan

Key Battle: Mohamed Diame will hope to inspire Wigan up against Joey Barton in the QPR midfield – it should be an intriguing battle.

Player to Watch: Hugo Rodallega has not been prolific this season but he still has class, and can punish QPR.

Talking Point: QPR lost their first game under Mark Hughes and will hope to beat the team bottom of the table – but will they?

Stoke v West Brom

Key Battle: Battling Stoke will hope Ryan Shawcross can keep quite Peter Odemwingie for WBA.

Player to Watch: Chris Brunt is the creative hub for WBA, but that could mean he is targeted for special attention by Stoke’s bruising midfielders.

Talking Point: A Stoke team performing far above their station take on a WBA side who have been inconsistent.

Prediction: 2-1

Sunderland v Swansea

Key Battle: Mark Allen was brilliant against Arsenal and he will be up against Seb Larsson, who has similarly been crucial for Sunderland for much of the season.

Player to Watch: Sebastien Sessegnon has been Sunderland’s underrated player of the year and he has been crucial in many of their goals.

Talking Point: Will Swansea pick up where they left off against Arsenal?

Prediction: 1-0

Wolves v Aston Villa

Key Battle: Emmanuel Frimpong will be Wolves dynamo in midfield and will take on Aston Villa and Chris Hurd for the midfield battle.

Player to Watch: Steven Fletcher has scored many a crucial goal for Wolves and he will look to punish Villa.

Talking Point: An out of form Wolves side have a perfect chance to restore their confidence and form against a poor Villa.

Prediction: 3-0

Bolton v Liverpool

Key Battle: Bolton Wanderers have had an awful season and Zat Knight now takes charge of their poor defence, charged with keeping out Andy Carroll.

Player to Watch: Craig Bellamy continues to cause defences across the country problems, and his pace and skill will be a handful for Bolton.

Talking Point: Liverpool will surely get back to winning ways, away from home against Bolton – right?

Prediction: 0-4

Man City v Spurs

Key Battle: Without Vincent Kompany, Stevan Savic will be looking after Jermaine Defoe, in the absence of Emmanuel Adebayor. Who will win the battle of the stand ins?

Player to Watch: Tottenham have not scored as many goals as they should have for their play this year, and without Adebayor, that burden will fall more on Gareth Bale, one of the players of the season.

Talking Point: City will look to dominate possession, but they are susceptible on the break, particularly without Kompany, and this Tottenham team have serious pace.

Prediction: 0-1

Arsenal v Man Utd

Key Battle: Arsenal play again with Johan Djourou at right back, where he has not convinced. Against Nani, the battle between the pair could be key.

Player to Watch: Man Utd’s weakness is in central midfield and Alex Song will be charged with taking advantage of this.

Talking Point: Surely not another 8-2, but how far have Arsenal come since that result?
