Stoke are one of the biggest spending teams in the Premier League, and like many of their rivals they have a precarious balance sheet, but Pulis still wants to bring in more players.
“Never believe chairmen! We’ll see”, said Pulis.
“We are very open to going either way.
“If there is an opportunity and we think it is a good one, that will never cease at this football club.
“I think there is always that little bit of room to do some business, but it has to be the right bit of business.”
