Parma could face a late test over Sascha Britschgi after RB Leipzig joined the growing list of clubs monitoring the teenage defender.

The Bundesliga side are keeping a close eye on his situation and could act before the transfer window shuts.

Ontheminute.com understands that Leipzig are assessing the 19-year-old as a possible addition to their squad.

Manchester United, Aston Villa, Bournemouth and Newcastle have already shown interest, but the German club now offer Britschgi another potential route away from Italy.

The Swiss right-back moved to Parma from FC Luzern in August 2025 and is contracted until June 2030. His athleticism, attacking instincts and considerable development potential appear well suited to Leipzig’s established model of improving emerging talent.

Parma remain strongly protected by Britschgi’s long-term agreement. However, attention from England and Germany could still produce a late bidding battle. Leipzig must now decide whether to continue watching the youngster or attempt to move ahead of their Premier League rivals.
