Aston Villa are keen on signing highly-rated Udinese midfielder Lazar Samardzic in the summer.
The 22-year-old has impressed for Udinese this season and Ontheminute.com understands that Aston Villa will battle West Ham and Brighton to sign the midfielder.
Samardzic has a €35million release clause in his contract with Udinese. The midfielder signed a five-year contract when he joined Udinese from RB Leipzig in the summer of 2021.
The Serbian midfielder is also a target for Barcelona, Lazio, Juventus, Napoli and Inter Milan.
It is expected that the midfielder will leave Udinese for a bigger club this summer, even though he is still yet to make a final decision over his next destination.
