The Frenchman admits he is disappointed not to be asked by Redknapp.
“I would have been the first person to accept an offer to go back,” he told Zoo Magazine. “I would love to be back at Spurs.
“When Damien Comolli was in charge, we met and discussed me going back, but obviously Comolli has now left and it sees the club are not interested.
“To be honest, I’m a bit disappointed, because I would have loved to return.”
