Fifa are reportedly ready to risk an all-out war with Europe’s big clubs as the 2022 World Cup could be played in January.

The World Cup could be played in January because of a riskt to player health during summer in Qatar.

The Qatari summer is guaranteeing temperatures of 50 defrees plus in the desert.

Qatar has promised 12 air-conditioned stadia will be build, but problems of training facilities could see Fifa make a date switch.

A FIFA source told The Mirror: “We have always held our tournaments in the summer months before but we must think about what is best for the players.”
