The former England skipper is currently on loan at AC Milan until March 9 from Major League Soccer side LA Galaxy.
Kaka said: “David has showed he is a player that can run the extra mile.
“The match showed his abilities, his passing and the quailty he has.
“The first three months may lead to six months, maybe even a year or more.
“I would like to play with him a lot more.”
