Enyimba’s former star shines in Tunisia

Udeh told KICK OFF that he has played a total of 16 matches while sitting out one as a result of injury. He said there was no indication that he might return to Esperance as offers keep coming in for him.

Udeh joined the Tunisian champion, alongside ex-Enyimba mate, Obinna Nwaneri, in January 2005. Compatriots Mike Eneramoh and Sharks of Port Harcourt’s former defender, Valentine Nwabili, later join them, swelling the Nigerian company in Esperance to four.

Meanwhile, the talented midfielder will be coming home to support his big brother, Linus, whose wedding ceremony comes up on December 29.

“After our game against ES Zarzis on December 24, I will fly down immediately. I hope to come with some friends from abroad. I want to honour him by being present at the wedding because he has been a big pillar for me and I love him so much as a brother,” Udeh said.

The wedding, according to Udeh, will serve as an opportunity to reunite again with his family.
