Hibs manager John Hughes has hinted that there will be a clear-out in playing personnel as he hopes to reduce his squad.
“We have a squad of 28 so you have to give everybody an opportunity and a chance,” he told the club’s official website. “We brought 22 of them over here.
“We have done that and I am 85-90 per cent certain that I know what I need and I know what needs to be done – as a manager I now need to act on it.
“What we are going to have to do in the next week or so is to start whittling that down so that we are working with lesser numbers.”
