The 19-year-old is jointly owned byt the two club and reports have suggested he could be set to return tot he Rossoneri in the New Year.
Paloschi’s loan deal was extended for a further season after he helped secure promotion for Parma.
“I don’t feel ready to play for Milan yet,” Paloschi is quoted as saying.
“I still have to work hard to deserve the shirt, so I don’t think I’ll be ready by January.”
“At the end of the season, we will evaluate my year and we will see,” he added.
