Hartman joined FC Dallas from the Kansas City Wizards on Monday.
“I’m excited to be in Dallas,” said Hartman.
“It’s the place where I won the 2005 championship with the Galaxy and it’s always held a place in my heart.
“I’m excited to be here to play in front of the Dallas fans and excited to start a new chapter in my soccer career.”
