Wigan set to sign Scottish star

Sky Sports reports that Wigan are ahead of West Brom, Rangers and Leeds in the race for the Scotland Under 21 international.

Wigan manager Roberto Martinez is a big fan of McArthur and is hopeful of completing the signing of the youngster next week.
