The draw is set to take place at the start of December, and Reynald Temarii and Amos Adamu were suspended following a Sunday Times investigation which found that they were willing to accept bribes for their votes.
Adamu has been banned from football for three years and fined 10,000 swiss francs, with Temarii suspended for one year and fined 5,000.
