Lord Triesman alleged that four members of FIFA’s executive committee asked for bribes in the lead up to the decision on who would host the 2018 and 2022 World Cups.
Blatter has distanced himself from the committee and said that “I cannot say if they are all angels or devils, I can only respond with my conscience and say that I am not in this category.”
