The duo have signed new deals that will keep them at Rugby Park until the summer of 2015.
McKeown, 18, has made 13 apperances for Kilmanrock, while Fisher, 19, made his breakthrough for the Scottish side last season.
Kilmarnock manager Kenny Shiels told the Daily Record: “We are producing a conveyor belt of younger players on four-year contracts that have incentives in there because we are building for the future.”
