The 21-year-old joins Chivas from Ecuadorian side L.D.U Quito.
“Miller is an exciting young attacking player,” said Chivas USA head coach, Robin Fraser.
“He’s a good passer, good finisher, and good at running at people, definitely a special attacking talent and we certainly look forward to having him.”
“He is a versatile player that was sought out by other international clubs. He really wanted to play here and we got it done,” said Jose Domene, Chivas USA general manager.
“He will be a great addition to Chivas USA because he is a different type of player that is not afraid to take on people. Miller has a great shot and can play as a winger, attacking mid and second forward.”
