Dzagoev impressed for Russia during the group phase of Euro 2012 and has recently been linked with a move away from CSKA.
Arsenal were strongly linked with a move for the 22-year-old, but the striker is now instead reportedly closing in on a move to White Hart Lane.
“I don’t know if he will stay at CSKA,” Tariel Dzagoev is quoted by the Daily Mail. “There are offers – from Spurs and other clubs.
“But I tell him not to hurry. Yury Zhirkov ran off to Chelsea and sat on the bench.”
