AC Milan sign Lecce defender

Mesbah has joined the Rossoneri for an undisclosed fee.

Lecce has secured the signing of AC Milan youngster David Speziale on a co-ownership deal as part of the deal.

Mesbah joined Lecce from Swiss side Luzern in 2009.
