Ronaldinho has been strongly linked with a move to Brazilian side Palmeiras.
De Assis told TV Bandierantes: “To be honest there are all the possibilities for Ronaldinho to head back to Brazil.
“His contract expires in June 2011 and we know that you usually start talks six months before. Though whoever is interested would have to speak to Milan first.
“If this happens, then there would be no problem in reaching an agreement.
“I cannot confirm that Milan have received an official offer for Ronaldinho, but I will be in Europe later to know more.
“I am happy that there is a real interest in Ronaldinho from Palmeiras. They have a great football history in Brazil, and I am very happy.”
