Lucas Ramon Barrios finally completed his move from Chilean side Colo Colo today.
Dortmund boss Jurgen Klopp welcomed Barrios’ arrival.
“We have considered the player for quite a long time and we were getting in touch with him real early on, though it is no hasty reaction following the departure of Alexander Frei,” he said.
“We will possess a fresh option up front through him and we are definitely well prepared now.
“Lucas is a striker with a nose for goals, he works hard and will help us.”
