The 37 year-old said: “I had some good news yesterday. Galliani told me they wanted me to play on next season.
“We’ll meet this week to find an agreement.
“For the last ten years people have been saying I’m too old. But I continue playing. I don’t want to stop, especially now that I have a chance of staying here.”
