The 25-year-old has revealed his move to Wigan is now ‘all but confirmed’.
“The work permit is all but confirmed,” he told local press.
“It is being sent to me from the Philippines and I will be able to leave on the 7th.
“I don’t know Steve Bruce and the team that well personally, but I’m very excited to be going there.
“At the moment my English needs a bit of work, but I’ll be working very hard on my lessons.”
