The Portuguese legend was apparently unwell as the team prepare for their Euro 2012 semi final with Spain, the country’s football federation confirmed in a statement.
“National-team ambassador Eusébio felt unwell when he was at the hotel with the team. After an initial observation and contacting his doctor in Lisbon, he moved as a precaution to a hospital in Poznan for further investigations.”
