The Magpies are ready to sell off almost everyone else in order to slash their £70million wage bill.
Newcastle owner Mike Ashley is hoping to get £12million for 22-year-old defender Sebastien Bassong.
Ashley is also looking to get good deals for players such as Jose Enrique, Jonas Gutierrez and Fabricio Coloccini.
