The Nerazzurri have failed to impress under Benitez, but losing away to Roma and only managing a draw at home to Juventus.
Benitez told Inter Channel: “They are a strong team with speed and quality and the typical passion of English teams. It will be a difficult encounter.
“They have quality players like Crouch and Robbie Keane who I had in Liverpool, like Bale who is doing very well.
“He played left-back, now he plays out wide in attack. Tottenham are a very dangerous team because they have speed above all in the development of the counter attack.”
