Saint Etienne claims a medical Coco had at the club revealed problems with his fitness.
Coco told L’Equipe: “What the hell is this? Nobody at St Etienne called me to tell me it hadn’t gone well. You just can’t behave like that – it shows a lack of respect .
“I don’t have any physical problems and I would be ready to go in two weeks. Whoever they find now will always be second choice.”
