Following a 0-0 draw, Wael Marisat had struck for Kiryat Shmona at the start of extra time but a goal from Mahmoud Abbas levelled things up.

Toto Tamuz missed his penalty in the penalty shoot out to give Kiryat Shmona the trophy.
